Prohibited behavior
You acknowledge and agree that it is strictly prohibited to post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, indecent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; (ii) violates or infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, including any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right; (iii) contains any viruses, Trojan horses, or other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware, or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; or (iv) is false, deceptive, or misleading. You further acknowledge and agree that it is strictly prohibited to use the Services for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to any attempts to solicit money, goods, services, or any other type of financial transaction.
Content management
Aspecture Global reserves the right to remove any infringing or unauthorized information from its systems and will investigate notices of alleged infringement. Any notices of infringement should be sent to info@aspectureglobal.com and should include:
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
4. The URL of the location where the material exists
5. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted material on Aspecture Global's systems will not be tolerated. We will respond to all notices of alleged infringement that comply with applicable law. Aspecture Global will examine notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate actions.
Restriction, suspension and termination
Aspecture Global reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you breach any of the terms of this agreement. If your account is restricted, suspended or terminated, you are prohibited from accessing the Site, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account. In addition, Aspecture Global reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without prior notice or liability and without any obligation to refund any portion of fees paid for any product or service. Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the services or any part thereof with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your use of the Site and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Aspecture Global reserves the right to take any other action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your access to the Site.

ASPECTURE GLOBAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aspecture Global, and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and past and present officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, information providers, attorneys, representatives, licensors, and information providers from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any breach of this Agreement by you or your use of the Services. You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with Aspecture Global in the defense of any such claim. Aspecture Global reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
